What do you mean by "current"?? There is one, like there's always been -
apcupsd-gui. Likewise there's quite a few browser plugins and features
to manage a cluster of servers on a single UPS.

$ sudo dnf list apcups\*

Site???
This is what confuses me. When people ask if X exists for a distribution
I presume they mean "does the distribution provide X" in other words,
what would it be called in the official repository. Sometimes people may
specify 3rd party repositories but in general, that's what "Does X exist
for Fedora" mean to me. What am I not getting here?

apcupsd is an OLD (ancient) project. From all the adds I see on their
"Foss" site I would probably declare the project for dead overall. But
it does exist.

My main UPS is managed/monitored by "NUT"
(http://www.networkupstools.org/) which supports more than APC UPSes.

That's what is in the official upsapcd repo. There are changes, but
unfortunately in 5 minutes I couldn't find the uplink repo - just
"sourceforge" and it's crappy advertisement-blown interface that makes
no sense.
