And this is why I recommend, over and over and over again, mutt as a mail
client.  It's nearly impervious to this kind of nonsense.  (I know.
I routinely handle quite a bit of known-malicious email.)  It's fast,
it's efficient, it's flexible, it's amazingly configurable, it integrates
beautifully with other software, and you can use it without taking your
hands off the keyboard.  I don't think anything else comes remotely close.
