[Novalug] mis-handling mouse events?

Good Advice. But the first computer I had had a Bad Motherboard. The Symptoms were that the mouse would freeze up.
Also, it can be a Motherboard Battery.

looks like a bad mouse. renewal of lesson: when confused, start at
hardware layer and work your way up.
