Last Pass has been up front and reasonably transparent.  This is the
danger in the cloud.

When playing dodgeball in the street, occassionally you have to dodge a
car or two.

That is why we don't play dodgeball on a highway!

No actual passwords were stolen, though, and the response from last pass
seems solid so far.

I think that my online identity is more secure with last pass than
without it, overall.
