Another vote here for Keepass. I use Keepass v2 (not keepassx) on my
desktop, MacPass on my laptop. The KeeFox extension for Firefox
painlessly retrieves and saves credentials for login forms.

I use KeePass on my work Macbook with KeePassX:

I admit I use LastPass for home as it has a very high spouse acceptance
factor in my experience.
