[Novalug] What's the RFC, Kenneth?

Yes, I searched the RFC Index for DNS, PTR, CNAME, Domain, and various other words.

Google doesn't help either.

Trust Me...there is an RFC that describes Exactly what I am looking for; I have seen it, but I don't know what the Title is.
