[Novalug] MTU settings

"FiOS network requires an MTU of 1492 bytes."

My MTU database says, FIOS expected:
- Layer 2 network on the ONT is emulating a Ethernet v2 MTU (1500)
- Layer 2.5 routing is using PPPoE (Point-to-Point Protocol over Ethernet)
- PPPOE requires 8 octets
- Layer 3 IPv4 MTU would be 1492, unless you want fragmented packets.
