I should not brag for fear of unleashing the wrath of the
Car Gods on mine, but, what is so special about 100,000 miles?
My Saturn SL '96 has the minimum of electrical and electronic systems,
and has run now given me more than 275,000 miles of
relatively problem-free service. It's not into the ground yet....
