1. Icinga 2
2. http://nagios.sourceforge.net/docs/3_0/timeperiods.html - This is
where you'll set WHEN a service checks.
3. You can also set timeperiods when you get contacted.
4. But seriously, Icinga 2 is better than Nagios.
