Alex,
This may be part of the issue. A 10.0.0.0/22 covers all addresses
from 10.0.0.1 to 10.0.3.254, inclusive. If you have parts of that
space "inside" and "outside" of the router, your routers will be
have difficulty routing your packets between those networks.
