subject say it all
In ~/.bash_logout detecting that NO other of the same users is currently
open

I need to run a 'script' when a user account closes(logout), but only when
no other login is currently active.

I figured out how to detect (activate a script) when a user logout of X
(lightdm), but I still have the same problem here.

BTW
Why doesn't 'sudo -i' create a 'last' entry or some other indication
that a user has logged in as root.

Note the easiest way to get a root shell under
 ?Ubuntu is the command:
    sudo -i
