[Novalug] dhcpd fixed-address in same pool range

It is NOT Possible to mix Static (aka Reservations) and Dynamic
Addresses in the same Pool. Actually, it is, but the Range declarations
must exclude the Static Addresses.
Note that you can also run ssh without known_hosts.
