[Novalug] converting iTunes encoded files to more accessible formats?

I never thought too much about DRM until it bit me in a similar way, at
which point I was infuriated.  I am pleased that Apple switched to non-DRM
several years ago, but I have stuff that remains tied up, and not a whole
lot of spare time to play around with it.  So there it sits.
