[Novalug] DNS Server for a Static IP Address Computer on a Private Network

Fair enough. I was going to offer up Comcast's DNS Servers, but they
seem to have changed, and I don't know whether they are usable on other
networks.
At one time Comcast's servers were 75.75.75.75 an 75.75.76.76.
And then there were the UUNET public ones: 196.8.1.[1-5]
It's nice to have a few of these at the tip of your fingers. One time
Comcast's DNS Server's were unreachable, so I used one from the UUNET list.
