I think the term spam entered the lexicon long ago, along with the likes 
of Coke, Xerox, Kleenex, etc.

But if anybody would sue, how about the band Phish? After all, that is 
libel or slander, depending on whether written or not.

And what about all us concert goers? We oughtta sue the Trucking 
Industry for "Dead Heading". Then again, they could sue us back for the 
song "Truckin'", so I guess it all evens out.
