[Novalug] Screen for dummies

If I start X it works and I was doing that. But I like the key
mappings and fuller functional term (iTerm2) so no reason not to use
learn screen.

I just got jumphost working from my desktop
   ssh -t user@jump ssh newuser@finalhost
which I can alias.

It doesn't work from ~/.ssh/config (or at least not yet)
