As Fredrik said, there are only two options if you want to chain yourself
to a concrete brick and throw yourself in the ocean.  But... it's a really
nice ocean, and only the best concrete.

On the other hand, if you're RMS, you have zero options right now.
However, the EOMA-68 project aims to make an FSF-endorsable cpu card, and
that would fit into the KDE Vivalde tablet I linked previously, as well as
other chassis (plural).
