[Novalug] missing libtermcap.so.2

Tried, also tried "rpm -ivh package.rpm".

The software is the amanda client, though
not from a Fedora repo.

It does install with rpm with the --nodeps
option and I test it that way.  I'd prefer
the maintainers fix the dependency.
