[Novalug] mikrotik router and verizon fios

My thought here was that the port you are using has some "issue" (fact). 
Using another port might work, or using a port that uses a different driver
might work.  What I don't know is if these are identical ports using the same
driver.  If identical ports using same driver, I would suspect the issue to
occur on all ports.

If you have ports with different drivers, try using a port associated with a
different driver.  In my former life as a technical support specialist for
process automation equipment, I would refer to this option as the "money
option".
