[Novalug] AWS for VPN

Some of us are behind a NAT'ed network on our ISP we need an intermediate
server to create a VPN to from home and remote where we can route through.
AWS EC2 will serve this purpose to give us a small server where we can run
an OpenVPN server.
PHP won't be of any help.
