I would think it would be easier for future needs to contact the vendor
and see if they can provide a new license for your move to the new IP
address.
It is, after all, what you (or the company) agreed to when it was
purchased that it would be used on the server with that IP address. I
honestly don't know if iptables will do what you ask, but it wouldn't be
right to do it if it is able to be done.
