I got my business cards printed up through zazzle.com.  Their web
interface is very easy to use, very responsive, and lets you do some
interesting graphical design things.  The quality of their cards is
also quite good (the ~4kb QR code is crisp and scannable).  A pack of
100 single-sided business cards cost $29.95us plus shipping.

zazzle.com will let you create and print up postcard-sized calling
cards as well, which is what I think you're after.  You might want to
take a look and see if they fit your needs.
