With the 'yum-fastestmirror' plugin you can eliminate these slow
sites.  The plugin's /etc/yum/pluginconf.d/fastestmirror.conf file
will allow you to exclude the laggy domain from test results.  Voila,
no more Ctrl+C needed.  You might also want to email the domain owner
to see what's going on.
