Since AD from Linux's perspective looks like a LDAP server the
differences are sutle. This is where larger directory projects provides
tools to ease the 3rd party integration. But AD isn't too hard to do
(too bad I don't have an AD server I can bring ... I mean, I haven't
touched one for years ...).
