Agreed with "conditions". Show me a free (public) downloadable RHEL4 or
5 ISO and we'll talk about free and open. Source is free but not the
built.

If you want updates, you need CentOS or pay for the privilege with
Redhat. There are of course other advantages from Redhat - if you're
going beyond just the OS, including training etc. it's worth while
considering.
