[Novalug] [Ma-linux] Thunderbird and verizon

ALCON,

Thanks for the recommended settings and actions.  I was able to resolve this
issue yesterday to my clients complete satisfaction by:

Calling verizon and resetting the password for her account.

I had a feeling that she didn't know what her password was.

I had everything other then that configured correctly the first time.
