Legally or realistic?
Since flash is patented you will not find a fully open souce working solution. At one time I had gnash working but it didn't last long.
If rpmfusion is a problem you may consider google chrome but you'll still need a 3rd party non-gpl repo for that.
If its just youtube consider using one of the html5 previews. Google chrome is one of them.
