Not the way I read it:

  RESOURCE AND RATE CONTROLS
       ...
     virtual_mailbox_limit (51200000)
        The maximal size in bytes  of  an  individual  virtual(8)
        mailbox  or  maildir  file,  or  zero  (no limit).

Sounds to me like it is 51.2 million bytes (base 10) or 48MB.
