A number of years ago there was a sort of "home network" system using the 
house's electrical wiring. I had the gadgets for it and tried it but 
was SLOOOOW and error prone, so I gave up. When Charlie says "internal 
connections are over electrical wiring" is he referring to this sort of 
set up?
