I have a much bigger issue. I'm transparent. As a consultant, some
people react very poorly to this. In reality, it actually works best.

It's because I started in aerospace, and at a small, but prime, contractor.
We don't CYA, we don't hide things, we are pro-active and forward.

That still causes me issues today in the client-vendor relationship. But
it's just how I am. And if someone doesn't appreciate it, I know others
out there will.

Doesn't mean I expose issues when I should not. Doesn't mean I don't
know how to walk on eggshells. Doesn't mean I don't keep other people
or corporate details private.

It just means that with regards to myself, I am transparent. I have no
agendas. And after a good year-plus of knowing me, most people see
that and appreciate it.
