A Slight correction to your history...

The SCO that Microsoft sold to, is NOT the same SCO that is sueing IBM. 
The SCO sueing IBM used be called Caldera, but change their name to SCO 
when they bought the UNIX business from Santa Cruz Operation(who changed 
their name to Tarantella or something like that).
