You asked before about an init script.  Script, as in, a list of commands for 
it to go through, just as an actor reads a script and goes through what it 
says.  This isn't that. If it was, it'd be in /etc/init.d/ or /etc/rc*/  but 
since it's elsewhere in /etc it's just a config file with its own special syntax 
for whatever application wants to make use of it.

You've been on this list more than 2 months.  More recently than that, there 
was discussion of scripts.  I expected that you'd have figured out what a 
script was based on that conversation.  And "configuration file" should be 
obvious: a file which holds configuration information for a program.
