[Novalug] nohup and chaining commands

Heh...Certainly true, but Jon's point is valid as well.  There may be
instances where someone want to run commands in a batch, but the
execution of one is desired regardless of whether a prior one succeeds
or fails.  

Just a point to discuss.  I'm not married to using "&&".
