my 90s 27" trinitron (when the patent was up and prices dropped by half)
is working, but it is in a large room. I watch Lost (HD on computer
typically) and comedy central (less than 5 hours a week, more like 2
total). So TV isn't all that, but when I see that beautiful picture, yowsa.

i was really leaning towards 50" 1080p vs 42" 720, but i saw a 50" 720
next to a 50" 1080p and they looks similar. Of course it was probably
the signal wasn't 1080p.

I think I will wait another year :D
