[Novalug] Googles maps in DC

Ok, the photo is from my camera phone and lousy into the sun. There is a
car on the left and there is a column with 4 'panels' at 90 degrees (so,
it covers 360) driving through DC. When I got close I saw California
plates and a computer setup in the passenger's seat facing the driver.

I was in my car. Using a cell on a m/c is crazy!
