[Novalug] pauses in wireless connection

If you did get a bad router, you may get denial from Verizon, as I
did for my Verizon-supplied Westell DSL modem. I had to request
service cancellation and a return label to get a manager on the
phone, who sent me a replacement modem. Service has been fine
since (for 2 years now).

My suggestion is that you try to find somebody with the same gear,
but without the problem, and swap gear. See if the problem moves
or stays with you. If it moves, you should have enough proof for
Verizon to replace the gear, if it's under any such agreement.
If there's no replacement agreement, I'd get a replacement from
just about anyone BUT Verizon.
