[Novalug] cant remove ssh. cant even chown it

Can't even move the file. looks like a bug.
server1:~# mv /usr/sbin/sshd /usr/sbin/sshd-moved
mv: cannot move `/usr/sbin/sshd' to `/usr/sbin/sshd-moved': Operation not
permitted
