Rich,

Do you have a spare Mobo you could test to see if it will boot that?

Also, have you tried getting box to boot with Mobo, CPU, RAM, PS, and onboard
video only, no external stuff attached?

With the 250W PS, have you reset the Mobo settings to default, then tried the
530w?
