[Novalug] memory exhausted?!?

I believe diff tries to do everything in memory.  There's something
called "bdiff" (which uses diff piecemeal) which would prolly do the
comparision you want.  You'll need to locate (google), dl, and install
it, if you don't already have it (and prolly don't).
