[Novalug] ISPs

Without requirements, I can list every ISP and their strength/weakness.

If mail is the ONLY issue, so cost and bandwidth and service are great,
I would use gmail for my mail. It allows me to get/send/read mail from
any web capable device. It is stored and backedup.

Of course there are those that talk about evil google, and whatever. I
will let google have my data for the convenience they provide me.
