I have over 100 orders from newegg in the past couple of years - every single one has arrived as promised, we have probably 4 returned items during that time, all of which were handled professionally. My one problem was a bad video card for which we got rid of the original packaging - they would not take it back. Keep your boxes!!

Is 'newegg' the preferred place to buy pieces online?

Since i don't currently purchase computer pieces, buy.com is my
preferred stopping place.

So everyone happy w/ newegg (except Jay, of course! :D )
