[Novalug] Dell joins w/ Microsoft/SUSE

They are the mechanism through which Microsoft sells SUSE Linux Enterprise
Server (SLES) subscriptions.  They entitle the user to a subscription of
SLES, similar to if any other customer purchased a subscription from Novell
or its resellers.
