They are offering IN HOUSE service iirc. That is what I got for my mom
but luckly she hasn't needed it.
I know local reps that fulfill the IBM/DELL/HP support contracts and
they are pretty good.
But like you said, it really is the luck of the draw.
That is why I run Linux and Mac OSX :)
