[Novalug] Is there an easy way to auto-synch browsers on a LAN?

I'm not an expert with rsync, but I know you would need to run it from
all machines that you would use; i.e. machine1 to machine2, machine1 to
machine 3, machine2 to machine1/3, etc. Once you set it up, you don't
really need to worry about it anymore, except to add/delete what you
would like to sync between machines. Obviously, syncing a directory,
such as /home, would be much easier than making a list of files to sync.

A big plus is that rsync is not really complicated to use, and is quite
flexible.

As far as if you forget to boot back into FC6 from XP, then when rsync
tried to reach the machine it would fail; on the next try (the next time
rsync is set to run) it would sync up then.

Like I said, I back up one USB drive to another on the same machine, and
it works great. After the initial backup (around 150 gig) it now only
takes seconds to minutes - depending on what has been added or removed
from the main drive.
