[Novalug] New XFCE4(.4)

The newest version of XFCE is a bit nicer than its predecessor and is
more lightweight compared to KDE and Gnome.  I was checking it out so I
could play with Beryl/Emerald which does not work with fluxbox.

The weirdest thing, once I switched to XFCE, Banshee started working.
When I was in Fluxbox, I got library errors.  Gonna have to figure that
one out...

Anyway, Beryl (using Emerald) is nice eye candy.  Definitely not as
swift as fluxbox raw. :)  But it's shiny and does wiggly stuff, so I
like it and it's free.

BY THE way -- does OSX use Beryl as the primary engine for its effects.
 Really really reminded me of OSX some.
