[Novalug] WRT54G

I've got two, running DD-WRT, and have had them for quite some time.
They're great. One is a switch and client bridge for a couple of
computers in my office upstairs, the other is the router in the basement
hooked up to the cable modem. I've actually picked up a third recently
just for playing with.

If I have to connect a stationary system to wireless (e.g. desktop), my
preferred solution is to use Ethernet to a WRT54G rather than any PCI or
USB adapter.

The WRT54G has changed quite a bit over time; if you're interested in
getting one new now, get the WRT54GL which is an older model with more
memory which Linksys specifically kept around for us Linux geeks.

Cheers,
Garrett
