IntelliJ Idea 6 is a really incredible IDE if you are looking for a
commercial solution with support for Java development.  It costs money,
so if you are only looking for "free", then stick with Eclipse or your
alternative.

It appears as though they've added Ruby support to IdeaJ as well, but
still no PHP (yet).
