Assuming you meant to post this to NOVALUG, here are some suggestions:

1. Invoke your support contract. Surely you have one for something as 
important as stock trading?

2. Find the local WUG with Google (hint: this isn't it). Post your query 
there.

3. Call the Trade Station/HotComm vendor. While you're at it, ask them for 
a "Linux" version.

4. Call Microsoft.
