[Novalug] Difference in download speeds; wireless encrypted and hardwired ethernet

My guess is it is an estimate on throughput, so at first it thinks it
is really going fast, but realizes that it isn't and finally arrives
around the 'true' speed.

Just a guess based on nothing but intiution.
